What fabrics does MCC use?
We love cotton! Not only does it provide excellent absorbency, but it also has the best breathability.
For the liner, we use 100% polyester easy-dry fabric with antibacterials that works well to absorb your sweat drips and helps to hold the cap in place.
How do I know my size?
Most MCC caps comes in 3 sizes. Small/kid size, Medium/one size and Large/big size. Check our size guide at the bottom of each product page.
Can you make caps for teams, clubs or business?

How do I care for my caps?
First of all, to avoid sweat stain, air dry your cap immediately after use. When you have a chance to wash it :
- Cool hand wash only. Do not machine wash it. Do not tumble dry or iron it.
- Use mild detergent and swish it around a few times. Rub off any spots or stains gently with toothbrush, only when necessary.
- Rinse it well and air dry it. Do not put it under direct sunlight.
How much does the shipping cost?

For international shipping, we use International Mail Service of Pos Indonesia. For most countries, regular or express service rate options are available.
How long does the delivery take?
For Jabodetabek and Bandung, it will take 15-24 hours to arrive. Other local destinations vary, use the tracking link to get updates of your package.
For International shipping, International Mail Service of Pos Indonesia arrives in major destinations within 10 working days. Please note that the length of custom process in the destination country may vary.

WHAT’S MCC RETURN POLICY?
- If you think your received MCC caps that have manufacturing faults (printing/sewing defects) please contact us at [email protected] or Whatsapp +62 81212-676715 . Items that are damaged due to excessive or long-term usage are not considered faulty.
- Complaints are accepted if submitted within 7 days of receipt.
- Only item that is unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with label still attached can be returned/exchanged.
- If the item requested is not available in stock we will refund your payment to Indonesian bank account or PayPal account.
